WyndoGo is operated by WyndoGo (entity registration pending). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't create one.
What the service is
WyndoGo is software for estimating and managing window film work: pricing bids, sending them to customers, scheduling installs, and recording payments against the job. It is a tool for running your business. It does not perform the work, guarantee an outcome, or make pricing decisions for you.
Beta
WyndoGo is in beta and currently free to use. Features may change, and we may contact you about problems we find. We will give you notice before any paid plan starts, and you will choose a plan then. We will not begin charging an existing account without your action.
Your account and your crew
You are responsible for who you invite into your organization and what they do with it. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.
Your data
Your bids, customers, libraries, and rates are yours. We store and process them to run the service for you. We do not sell them, and we do not use one customer's pricing to inform another's. You may request a copy of your data at any time by emailing hello@wyndogo.com.
Acceptable use
Don't use WyndoGo to break the law, to send email you weren't invited to send, to attack the service or the people using it, or to resell access without an agreement with us.
Availability and limits
We work to keep the service running, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability, and during beta we don't offer a service-level guarantee. Keep your own records of anything you can't afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim, which, during beta, is nothing.
Ending it
You can stop using WyndoGo at any time and ask us to delete your organization's data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.
Changes
We'll update these terms as the product changes, and the date at the top will change with them. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
