Waitlist privacy notice
What happens to the details you give us when you join the WyndoGo founding waitlist. Short version: we use them to contact you about your spot, and for nothing else.
Who we are
WyndoGo is window film software built in Phoenix, Arizona (legal entity registration pending). Questions about your information go to support@wyndogo.com.
What we collect
What you type into the form: your name, company, work email, your phone number if you give it, crew size, what you install, your company website or license number if you give it, and whether you asked for a demo. To stop spam we check your IP address when you submit; we don’t store it with your signup.
Why we collect it
To offer you a founding spot, arrange a demo if you asked for one, and check that your company installs window film. Founding spots are for window film companies, and we may decline a signup.
What we send you
A personal email from us when your spot opens, and replies to anything you ask. No newsletters, no automated sequences, and nothing else unless you ask for it.
Who sees it
The WyndoGo team. We never sell or share it. It’s stored with the companies that run our servers and database (Render and Neon), who can’t use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after the waitlist closes, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, our full privacy policy takes over.
Your choices
Email support@wyndogo.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We’ll do it within 30 days.
